Our method is fully dynamic, fast and effective, in order to develop your communication skills quicker than you’d ever imagined possible!
Our programs are governed by the Common European Framework MCE and the Academic Board. Overseeing educational standards and program direction is Gina Rodriguez, a professor dedicated to and extensively experienced in teaching Spanish to all ages and levels.
Who is Gina?
Gina is Peruvian, and grew up in the area of the Andes in ancient Peru. With a heart for adventure, she left home to discover and explore the many beautiful cultures and countries throughout Latin America. When she found Costa Rica… she fell in love with the spectacular countryside and its lovely inhabitants as well. Never tiring of the natural beauty around her, she spends every day admiring and discovering the country of Costa Rica, the happiest country in the world.
Gina holds a degree in Pedagogy, with a specialty degree in Spanish and Literature. She taught as an instructor of secondary education for 13 years and then served as a University professor for 4 years. In 2006, Gina returned to her passion of teaching Spanish and has since taught Conversational Spanish and Medical Spanish to hundreds of people from all over the world.
Students describe Gina as "patient, creative and full of joy for life." She always creates an uplifting and comfortable environment where students can communicate in Spanish with confidence, and have fun while doing it!
“Locals always ask me how I learned Spanish so quickly after moving to Costa Rica. I'm reading my favorite book in Spanish now and can easily chat, joke and express myself in my new language too. I love the way Gina mixes it up using interesting and current articles, lessons and music that appeals to each student. Thanks Gina!

Where are we located?
Southern Zone of Costa Rica
We are located in the southern zone of Costa Rica, nestled on the lush green mountainside overlooking the immense pacific coast, distant islands and breathtaking sunsets every evening.
The southern zone is very unique, and is considered the most bio-diverse part of Costa Rica. Even its inhabitants are diverse, fondly referred to as "Ticos" they embrace a culture of love, peace, cordiality and "Pura Vida," an example of living in total harmony and tolerance with people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
In the southern region there are also many pre-Columbian archaeological remains and indigenous reserves (such as Ujarrás, Salitre, Boruca, Rey Curre, and Coto Brus). This área of Costa Rica boasts many national parks, biological reserves and protected regions. A few of the close by National Parks that you’ll look forward to visiting are Manuel Antonio, Marino Ballena, Los Quetzales, Chirripó, Corcovado and Caño Island among others.
